Flat shipping is PKR 300 nationwide. Orders over PKR 5,000 qualify for same-day dispatch. We also offer in-store pickup if you prefer to collect your order directly.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are usually 1–3 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will be contacted by our courier once your order is on its way.

Our courier will typically attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a convenient time. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and reshipping charges may apply.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, age range, and images before purchasing. Our team is always happy to answer questions before you buy to make sure you're choosing the right toy.

We're sorry to hear that — and we'll make it right. Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be processed.

To process an exchange you'll need to provide: your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt), photos or video of the defect or damage, and the item must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

Child safety is our top priority. Every toy we carry is reviewed for age-appropriate safety — including small parts warnings, material safety, and durability. We would never stock anything we wouldn't give to our own children. Always supervise young children during play, especially with toys containing small parts.
