Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you have placed an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally right after placing your order or when you receive a confirmation call from our team.

Once your order has entered the packing and dispatch process, cancellation is no longer possible as it moves quickly to ensure timely delivery to your little ones.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any of our products. We take great care in curating every toy in our store for quality, safety, and developmental value — so we kindly ask all customers to review product descriptions, age recommendations, and images carefully before completing a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We take product quality seriously. If something arrives less than perfect, we will make it right. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange
  • Manufacturing defects — broken parts, non-functional features, or missing components
  • Damage sustained during delivery — crushed packaging, cracked or broken pieces
  • Wrong item received — different from what was ordered
Not Eligible
  • Signs of misuse, rough handling, or intentional damage
  • Original packaging discarded or damaged by the customer
  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery
  • Change of mind or preference for a different product
